- Perform routine preventive maintenance on all hotel equipment, systems, and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues.
- Maintain and repair lighting, air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating systems.
- Inspect and ensure proper functioning of kitchen and laundry equipment.
- Attend maintenance requests from guests promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure guest rooms, bathrooms, and fixtures are in perfect working condition.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas for maintenance issues.
