Job Overview
We are looking for a smart, organized, and communication-skilled Front Desk & Administrative Executive who can manage student queries, handle administrative tasks, coordinate with the team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the institute.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and student inquiries professionally
- Guide students regarding courses, admissions, schedules, and basic information
- Maintain student records, attendance, and databases
- Coordinate with faculty and internal teams for smooth class management
- Manage front desk operations and daily administrative work
- Assist in admission follow-ups and student support
- Schedule meetings, sessions, and maintain calendars
- Maintain office files, documents, and reports
- Support social media/basic communication work when required
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
- Professional and polite behaviour
- Good coordination and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle students and parents calmly
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in any field
- Experience in administration, front office, counselling, or customer support is preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
