Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven community manager to manage and strengthen partnerships with aligned OEMs, technology partners, and Milestone VMS ecosystem partners across Pan India. The candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, partner engagement, joint business activities, and market expansion through strategic collaboration and community-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with OEMs, technology partners, and Milestone VMS ecosystem partners.
- Drive partner engagement activities and business collaboration initiatives across pan-India.
- Coordinate with OEMs and partners for joint business opportunities and growth strategies.
- Conduct regular meetings, webinars, partner connects, and engagement programmes.
- Identify new partnership opportunities to expand the business network and market reach.
- Work closely with sales and technical teams to support business development activities.
- Promote company solutions within partner ecosystems and generate business leads.
- Maintain regular communication with partners and ensure long-term relationship management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for partner support, training, and business alignment.
- Track partner activities, opportunities, and growth metrics.
- Prepare reports, partnership updates, and business growth plans for management review.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience in partner management, community management, or alliance management.
- Good understanding of OEM ecosystem and channel business.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and partners.
- Strong networking and business development capabilities.
- Self-motivated and target-orientated approach.
- Willingness to travel across India.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience working with the Milestone VMS ecosystem.
- Knowledge of video analytics, surveillance, AI, IoT, or security solutions.
- Existing network with OEMs, system integrators, or technology partners.
- Experience in channel sales or strategic alliances.
- CRM and partner management tool knowledge.
Qualification
- MBA / BBA / B.Tech / BE or equivalent qualification.
- Marketing, business development, or technology background preferred.
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in community management, partner management, alliance management, or business development.
- Experience in surveillance, security, IT, AI, or the technology industry is preferred.
