About the Role
We are looking for a B.Pharm graduate with Quality Control (QC) experience who wants to transition from a manufacturing environment to an international pharmaceutical operations role.
This is an office-based position involving documentation, coordination, customer support, procurement, and order management. The role offers an opportunity to build a long-term career in pharmaceutical operations with international exposure.
No prior export experience is required. We will provide training.
Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation & Compliance
· Prepare and review pharmaceutical documents accurately.
· Verify Certificates of Analysis (COA), Product Specifications, Batch Documents, and regulatory documents.
· Ensure documentation complies with company procedures.
· Maintain digital records and internal documentation.
Customer Support
· Respond to customer and patient queries via email and WhatsApp.
· Coordinate with international customers professionally.
· Provide product availability and order updates.
· Maintain courteous and timely communication.
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
· Coordinate with pharmaceutical manufacturers and suppliers.
· Obtain quotations and availability information.
· Follow up for dispatch schedules and documentation.
· Track procurement timelines.
Order Processing
· Process customer orders accurately.
· Coordinate with logistics and shipping partners.
· Monitor order status until successful delivery.
· Resolve operational issues promptly.
Internal Operations
· Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
· Update CRM and order management systems.
· Maintain accurate operational records.
· Assist in process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
· B.Pharm (Mandatory)
· 1–5 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutical Documentation, or GMP Environment.
· Fresh candidates with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
