We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced PDP Trainer who can effectively train students in personality development, communication skills, soft skills, interview preparation, and overall professional growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct Personality Development and Soft Skills training sessions for students and professionals.
- Deliver training on Communication Skills, Public Speaking, Presentation Skills, and Corporate Etiquette.
- Train candidates on Interview Preparation, Group Discussions, Resume Building, and Workplace Readiness.
- Assess trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Design and update training materials, assignments, activities, and assessments.
- Conduct mock interviews and grooming sessions.
- Develop students' confidence, leadership qualities, and professional behavior.
- Track trainee progress and maintain training reports.
- Coordinate with academic and management teams regarding batch performance.
- Ensure high engagement and learning outcomes during training sessions.
- Stay updated with current industry trends and employability requirements.
Required Skills & QualificationsEducational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any discipline.
- Certification in Soft Skills, Personality Development, Communication Training, or related fields will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a PDP Trainer, Soft Skills Trainer, Communication Trainer, or similar role.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and training abilities may also be considered.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Knowledge of personality development methodologies.
- Experience in conducting interview preparation sessions.
- Strong understanding of corporate culture and workplace expectations.
- Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary Disbursement
Salary is credited between the 7th and 10th of every month.

Post Training/Probation Period
Upon successful completion of the initial 2-month training/probation period, the employee may be required to relocate and continue working from the company's EC Road office based on operational requirements and business needs.
