Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
6+ years of progressive B2B/B2G sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role (VP/Sales Head/National Sales Manager level).
Proven experience selling into government, PSU, or large enterprise accounts in India, including familiarity with tender/RFP processes, GeM, and public procurement norms.
Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following domains: EdTech/skill development, Cyber Security (OT/IT), or IT Infrastructure/systems integration.
Track record of carrying and consistently achieving revenue targets of ₹50 Cr+ annually, ideally in a system integrator or technology solutions environment.
Experience managing and growing OEM/partner-led sales motions.
Strong commercial acumen — proposal structuring, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure.
Desired Skills & Attributes
Existing relationships with state government departments, skill development missions, power/utility companies, or large industrial clients are a strong plus.
Familiarity with cybersecurity (OT/IT security), industrial automation, or EdTech/skilling ecosystems.
Excellent stakeholder management and CXO-level communication skills.
Strong leadership and team-building capability; experience scaling a sales team from a small base.
High ownership mindset, comfortable operating in a founder-led, fast-moving organisation.
Willingness to travel extensively across India (and occasionally internationally) for client and partner engagement.

Compensation
Compensation will be structured as a competitive fixed component plus a performance-linked incentive on Total Contract Value (TCV) closed, in line with industry best practices for system integrators. Details to be discussed based on candidate experience and track record.
