About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Project Head / Project Supervisor to join our Projects Department on an urgent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing restaurant construction and interior fit-out projects across India.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor project execution from start to completion.
- Coordinate restaurant construction and interior fit-out projects across PAN India.
- Draft and manage professional emails and project communications.
- Source materials and order samples from vendors.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and contractors.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and mall management teams.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Collect vendor invoices and submit them to the Accounts Department for processing.
- Track project progress and ensure timely execution.
- Perform administrative and coordination tasks related to ongoing projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/Civil/Architecture preferred).
- Experience in construction, interiors, retail fit-outs, or restaurant projects will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Comfortable using smartphones and digital applications for project coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A positive, proactive, and "can-do" attitude.
- Willingness to travel for project execution across India.
Preferred Experience
- Project Supervisor: 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Project Head: 5+ years of relevant experience in handling multiple projects.
- Industry: Food & Beverage / Hotel / Restaurant
