As a Store Manager, you'll lead all aspects of store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while building a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and achieve business targets.
- Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop the store team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and brand standards.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily store operations.
- Oversee inventory, replenishment, cash handling, and loss prevention.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Recruit, onboard, and train team members.
- Collaborate with PUMA Area Manager and Partner Retail Manager to achieve business objectives.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
