The teacher should be capable of developing students' Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing (LSRW) skills through creative lesson planning, interactive classroom activities, projects, worksheets, reading programmes and digital learning resources. The candidate must be proficient in using Smart Boards, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, AI-enabled educational tools and other ICT resources to enhance classroom teaching. Responsibilities also include preparing students for English literary activities such as storytelling, poetry recitation, spell bee, handwriting, creative writing, conversation, role play, elocution and other CBSE/DOE competitions, maintaining effective classroom management, regular parent interaction, student assessment and documentation. Applicants must possess Graduation with English as a subject and B.Ed. from a recognized university. CTET (Primary Level) qualification is preferred as per applicable norms. Candidates with experience in a reputed CBSE school will be given preference; however, talented and dedicated fresh candidates with excellent communication and teaching skills are also encouraged to apply.
