Job Description:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve queries, provide product or service information, and ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow company processes, and meet quality and productivity targets. Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products or services.
- Update customer records in the CRM system.
- Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,958.07 per month
