Lead user experience design, perform UX Research, Journey Mapping, Heuristic, Evaluation Personas & Scenarios, Usability Testing. Create workflow charts, wireframes, high fidelity mock-ups, animated user interface demonstrations, and interactive prototypes for usability testing
- Work with other product team members and key stakeholders to collect product feedback from current users, prospective and past users, and our own sales and customer support teams.
- Perform detailed customer research and synthesize feature recommendations
- Create workflow charts, wireframes, high fidelity mock-ups, animated user interface demonstrations, and interactive prototypes for usability testing
- Participate in Agile software development meetings
- Participate in feature testing to verify the functional requirements on features have been met
- 3-4+ years of experience in Designing iOS, Android, native, and web applications
- Develop design systems and component frameworks to expedite design and development of new features and functionality
- 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following design tools:
- Adobe XD
- Sketch
- Invision
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Balsamiq
- Pen & Papper
