Role summary :
- First voice of BMC for every franchise lead — calls and qualifies enquiries from Meta ads, the landing page and WhatsApp, and warms them up for the franchise team to close.
Key responsibilities :
- Call inbound franchise leads quickly (Meta / landing page / WhatsApp)
- Qualify on budget, location & intent against the franchise models
- Pitch BMC story, formats (Mini Cafe / Cafe / Take Away) & investment range
- Share the pitch deck & nurture leads on WhatsApp Book site / video meetings for the Franchise Development Manager
- Maintain the lead tracker / CRM with status & follow-up dates
- Do consistent follow-ups till the lead converts or drops
- Report daily calls, connects & qualified leads
Routine :
- Pull fresh leads → call & qualify → WhatsApp deck/followups → update CRM → book meetings → daily call & lead report.
Candidate profile :
- Experienced telecaller / inside-sales background
- Fluent in both Hindi & English
- Graduate or undergraduate
- A natural people-person who loves talking to people
- Warm, social & confident on the phone
Good to have :
- F&B or franchise background · CRM/WhatsApp Business familiarity · target-driven attitude
Measured on :
- Daily calls & connect rate · qualified leads · meetings booked · lead-to-meeting conversion · CRM hygiene

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
