Job Summary
Flexpro Electricals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Quality Engineer (Electrical) with 3–4 years of experience in the electrical manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, conducting inspections, maintaining quality documentation, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing and testing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of electrical products and assemblies.
- Verify product quality as per approved drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and test documentation.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with production, design, and purchase teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
- Conduct root cause analysis using quality tools.
- Support internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Monitor process quality and recommend improvements to reduce defects and rework.
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 3–4 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in the electrical manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of electrical drawings, testing procedures, and inspection techniques.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in electrical panels, switchgear, or related electrical products.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
