Job overview
You will be the primary revenue and relationship driver for the Indo-Canadian Alliance Business Tour 2026, a 10-day business delegation event running September 11–20 across Toronto and Ottawa. You will recruit Indian and Canadian business delegates, secure institutional partnerships, and build the B2B meeting pipeline that is the core product of the tour.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify, approach, and convert Indian MSMEs, corporations, and entrepreneurs as paying tour delegates
● Build and maintain relationships with chambers of commerce, trade associations, and industry bodies in both Canada and India
● Coordinate with government liaison contacts to secure participation from trade ministries and economic development offices
● Develop and manage a pipeline of Canadian host companies willing to participate in B2B sessions
● Represent the organization at networking events, trade expos, and business forums
● Meet monthly enrollment targets for delegate registration
● Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach campaigns and collateral
Qualifications
● Experience in business development, trade promotion, or B2B sales
● Experience working with MSMEs, investment platforms, or international trade programs is a major asset
● Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
● Self-starter who can work across time zones (India and Canada)
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
