Title: Technical Writer

8+ years of overall experience including at least 5+ years as a technical writer, ideally in the field of data management, business analysis, and/or software development.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Technical Writing, Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.

Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure suite of tools, Atlassian tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, etc.), and agile software development methodology holistically will be key.

Familiarity with data management and analysis technologies, databases, and software development concepts.

Proven experience with SQL including basic queries is a must have.

Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Assesses the audience needs for whom the technical and procedural documentation is intended; adjusts tone and technical terms used to meet those needs and to ensure understanding.

Proficiency in using documentation and document management tools and software as outlined above.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality documentation.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
