Job Position : Assistant Quality Mananger.
Location : Bengaluru Rural (Hoskote).
Qualification : MBA-Hospital Management with relevant experience.

- Quality Management System (QMS) Implementation and Maintenance
- Quality Assurance and Patient Safety
- Regulatory Compliance and Continuous Improvement
- Team Coordination and Communication
- Documentation
- Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Hospital Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or diploma in Hospital Administration or Quality Management preferred.
- Knowledge of hospital quality standards such as NABH, JCI, and healthcare regulations
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality management in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonla skills to effectively liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in quality management tools, audit techniques, and MS office applications.
- Ability to lead quality improvement projects and facilitate training sessions.
