Performance Marketing Specialist
WebzPlot | Bangalore
We’re looking for someone who understands that performance marketing is not about “running ads.”
and It’s about finding profitable growth.
At WebzPlot, we work with brands across eCommerce, D2C and service businesses. We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of paid acquisition, understand the numbers behind the campaigns, test aggressively and continuously improve results.
If ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR and creative testing are part of your everyday vocabulary, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Own
You’ll manage and scale paid advertising campaigns primarily across:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Performance Max
- Shopping campaigns
- Retargeting and remarketing funnels
- Lead generation campaigns
But more importantly, you’ll be responsible for what happens after the ad goes live.
You’ll analyse performance, identify opportunities, test new angles and work with our creative and web teams to improve the entire conversion journey.
What Your Day Might Look Like
You could be:
Analysing why one campaign is scaling while another is burning budget.
Finding the next winning audience, offer or creative angle.
Writing briefs for static ads, UGC, videos and landing-page creatives.
Reviewing funnels and identifying where customers are dropping off.
Testing new campaign structures.
Improving CAC without killing volume.
Scaling a winning campaign without destroying its ROAS.
Presenting results and recommendations to clients in a way that actually makes sense.
What We Expect From You
You should have strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads and be comfortable managing real advertising budgets.
You should understand:
- Campaign structure and optimisation
- Pixel, CAPI and conversion tracking
- GA4 and attribution
- ROAS, MER, CAC, CPA and LTV
- Audience testing
- Creative testing frameworks
- Retargeting strategies
- Landing-page conversion principles
- Budget allocation and campaign scaling
You don’t need to be a designer.
But you do need to know what makes an ad work.
We want someone who can look at a campaign and say:
“The problem isn’t targeting. The creative is fatigued and the offer needs a stronger hook.”
The Person We’re Looking For
You’re analytical, but not obsessed with dashboards for the sake of dashboards.
You’re creative enough to come up with new campaign angles.
You’re comfortable experimenting.
You question assumptions.
You care about business outcomes, not vanity metrics.
And when a campaign isn't performing, your first instinct is to figure out why, not blame the algorithm.
Bonus Points If You
- Have worked with D2C or eCommerce brands
- Understand Shopify
- Have experience scaling brands through Meta Ads
- Can contribute ideas for ad creatives and hooks
- Understand landing-page CRO
- Have worked in a digital marketing or performance agency
- Can comfortably handle multiple client accounts
What You’ll Get at WebzPlot
You’ll work on multiple brands, industries and growth challenges instead of spending months staring at one advertising account.
You’ll have direct exposure to strategy, creative, websites, CRO and client decision-making.
Good ideas get implemented quickly.
You’ll have room to test, experiment and take ownership.
And most importantly, your work will be judged by impact, not how many reports you create.
Experience
2 to 5 years preferred
Agency experience is an advantage, but strong hands-on performance marketing experience matters more.
