About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, Solution Engineers, and Implementation Engineers to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications that enable successful solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer business processes, workflows, and operational challenges.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers to design business solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Work closely with Implementation Engineers to ensure accurate platform configuration based on documented requirements.
- Participate in requirement validation, solution reviews, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Maintain clear project documentation and ensure traceability of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support customers during implementation by clarifying business requirements and resolving functional queries.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹414,952.86 - ₹1,525,145.38 per year
