Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.
- Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and networking activities.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and meetings with prospects.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions.
- Negotiate terms and close business deals successfully.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Educational Qualification

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
