Position: Technical Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Manager who can lead engineering teams, drive end‑to‑end project delivery, define scalable architectures, and provide strong technical leadership across our web and mobile product ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment and enjoys building high‑impact digital products using modern open‑source technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Delivery Management
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of multiple technology projects (web, mobile, backend).
- Define delivery plans, sprint schedules, and release timelines.
- Ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery with strong focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Business teams to align requirements and priorities.
- Implement engineering best practices, code quality standards, and CI/CD pipelines.
2. Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full‑stack, backend, frontend, and mobile engineers.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and skill development plans.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage resource allocation, hiring, onboarding, and team structure planning.
3. Technical Leadership
- Act as the technical authority for all engineering decisions.
- Guide teams on design patterns, coding standards, and architectural choices.
- Conduct technical reviews, code reviews, and solution walkthroughs.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands‑on support when needed.
4. Architecture & System Design
- Define and own scalable, secure, and high‑performance architectures for web and mobile applications.
- Design microservices‑based backend systems using Node.js.
- Architect cloud‑native solutions using AWS/GCP/Azure and open‑source technologies.
- Ensure proper database design, API strategy, caching, and integration patterns.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend adoption were beneficial.
5. Full‑Stack Technical Expertise
The ideal candidate must have good multiyear experience with:
Frontend
- React.js
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Responsive UI frameworks
Mobile
- Flutter (Android + iOS)
- Mobile app architecture, state management, performance optimization
Backend
- Node.js (Express, NestJS or similar frameworks)
- REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices
- Authentication, authorization, security best practices
Database
- PostgreSQL (strong SQL skills)
- NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)
- Data modeling, indexing, query optimization
DevOps & Cloud
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
- Docker, Kubernetes (preferred)
- Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
