- Estimation & Design of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting & Low Voltage Security Systems Products
- Systems: Mainly CCTV, Access Control System. Intruder Alarm System, having of knowledge in Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, PA, VA, BGM, AV, BMS, Vehicle Tracking would be added advantage.
- Degree in Diploma in Electronics or Electrical & Electronics Engineering or relevant discipline.
- At least 1-2 years work experience in security system products like Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Access Control, CCTV, PA,VA, BGM , AV & BMS
- Should have a thorough knowledge of CCTV systems, access control system & Intruder Alarm System to read the tender specification and able to understand them clearly to decide which product to design and offer as tender specification meeting
- Should be individually able to meet the customer and to understand the requirement and prepare the offer accordingly.
- Should have the knowledge / experience working in doing the site visit and estimate the scope.
- Should be able to make Quantity Surveying by studying the drawings and prepare the quote accordingly.
- Should be having knowledge if NFPS standards for designing the fire and firefighting solutions.
- Should have knowledge in designing he full ELV solutions.
- Responsible to generate BOQ by studying the drawings or based on the site visit once sales person bring any formal enquiry.
- Responsible to go for the customer place and do the site visit and collect the information to quote accordingly.
- Once receiving the RFQ and collecting the full technical information from customer, then it is his responsibility to send to our existing vendors for getting the price and then that has to be made estimation accordingly.
- If any of the items are unable to reach from our vendors that is Design Engineer responsibility to find the right product from the local or international market to make our proposal competitive.
- Attend site meetings from time and time and liaise with other trades for details of works and coordination of requirements amongst various parties.
- To coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors and involve in design / review / implementation of all Security System functions and discipline required for the project.
- Be self-motivated, Pro Active and good communication skills including written and spoken.
- Need to make competitive proposal complying to the tender specification and handed over to the respective sales person.
- AutoCAD Draft drawings to be made for tender submission or after the project handing over as-built drawings.
- Need to prepare compliance sheet for each tender specification and submit along with the proposal to handed over to our sales team.
- Engineer should be technically strong to answer the consultant and client queries in terms of designing the solution.
- It is Engineer responsibility to submit all the related CAD drawing made for ELV solutions advised by the project manager and submit to client.
