Core Responsibilities
- Assembly & Installation: Joining vehicle parts (e.g., engines, wiring harnesses, or interior trims) using manual, hydraulic, and electrical hand tools. [1, 2, 3]
- Machine Operation: Monitoring, loading, and unloading production equipment, fixtures, and Poka-Yoke (error-proofing) devices. [1]
- Quality Control: Inspecting parts, identifying defects, and immediately segregating rejected components from usable ones. [1, 2, 3]
- Compliance: Adhering strictly to standard operating procedures (SOP), blueprints, and control plans. [1, 2]
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Conducting routine machine checks and fixing minor operational issues to prevent production downtime. [1, 2]
- Workplace Organization: Following 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practices to maintain a clean, safe manufacturing environment
Pay: ₹18,766.04 - ₹69,199.18 per month
