Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, energetic and result oriented Healthcare Business Development Executive to promote our hospital services and build strong referral relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, institutions, colleges and academies.
The candidate will be responsible for field visits, doctor referral development, corporate health tie ups, student and academy collaborations, and generating patient leads for hospital services.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres and healthcare professionals for referral development
- Explain our hospital services, departments, doctors, facilities and treatment strengths
- Build and maintain good relationships with referring doctors and clinics
- Visit corporates, offices, factories, schools, colleges and institutions for health checkup tie ups and wellness programs
- Meet HR managers, admin heads and decision makers for corporate collaborations
- Promote hospital services, health camps, specialty consultations and preventive health packages
- Meet colleges, academies, fellows, students and training centres for course and collaboration opportunities
- Generate patient enquiries, doctor referrals, corporate leads and institutional collaborations
- Coordinate referred patients with front office, telecalling team and hospital departments
- Follow up with doctors, corporates and leads regularly
- Support health camps, awareness programs, events and outreach activities
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead reports and follow up status
- Submit daily and weekly field activity reports to the management
Candidate Requirements
- Male or female candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English
- Presentable, confident and professional approach
- Willing to do daily field visits
- Ability to meet doctors, HR managers and institutional heads
- Basic understanding of hospital or healthcare services preferred
- Prior experience in hospital marketing, pharma sales, medical representative work, diagnostic centre marketing, corporate sales or healthcare business development preferred
- Two wheeler preferred
- Smartphone required for daily reporting and coordination
