Job Description
We are hiring a driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our Loan Sales business. The role focuses on driving disbursements, managing teams, and expanding the DSA/channel network.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve regional loan disbursement targets (PL/BL/LAP/Home Loans)
- Lead and manage sales team performance
- Build and expand DSA/channel partner network
- Maintain strong relationships with banks/NBFCs
- Monitor market trends and improve conversions
Requirements
- Graduation
- 4–10 years experience in Loan Sales / Financial Services
- Strong network with DSAs, banks, or NBFCs
- Proven team handling and target achievement
