Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive / Officer with proven experience in gold jewellery sales, preferably gold bangles. The role focuses on developing new business, managing client relationships, driving sales, and coordinating internally to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new wholesalers, retailers, and distributors for gold jewellery
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with jewellery clients
- Present gold bangle designs using catalogues, physical samples, and videos
- Handle client inquiries, quotations, order follow-ups, and confirmations
- Coordinate with Production and Post-Production teams to ensure committed timelines
- Ensure accuracy in design specifications, size, weight, purity, pricing, and delivery details
- Track pending orders and proactively update customers on order status
- Support marketing initiatives including WhatsApp promotions, exhibitions, and trade shows
- Collect and share competitor insights on designs, pricing, and market demand
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for timely payment follow-ups and collections
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in gold jewellery sales, preferably bangles
- Strong understanding of gold jewellery products, pricing, and customer expectations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and follow up systematically
- Comfortable with catalogue-based and sample-based selling
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and market visits
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Existing network of jewellery retailers or wholesalers
- Experience handling exhibitions, trade shows, and bulk orders
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
