We are looking for a presentable, well-organized Receptionist to manage our head office front desk. The role involves welcoming visitors, handling calls, managing courier/mail, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take and relay messages accurately
- Maintain visitor log and issue visitor passes as per company protocol
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier, post, and deliveries
- Schedule and coordinate appointments/meetings; inform relevant staff of visitor arrivals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception/front office area
- Handle basic administrative tasks: photocopying, filing, data entry, stationery stock
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security staff for office upkeep
- Assist HR/Admin team with employee attendance, ID cards, and other support tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company and visitor information
Requirements
- Graduate (any stream); prior receptionist/front office experience preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar front desk/admin role, preferably in a corporate office
- Good command of English, Hindi, and Bengali (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Pleasant personality with strong communication
