Job Title: Supply ManagerAbout the Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Supply Manager to lead and optimize our supply operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for driving supply strategy, managing operational capacity, building strong partner relationships, and leading cross-functional initiatives to support business growth across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute supply strategies to ensure optimal operational capacity aligned with business demand.
· Own and monitor key operational KPIs, including service levels, turnaround time (TAT), fulfillment rate, capacity utilization, and operational efficiency.
· Lead end-to-end supply operations while driving process improvements to enhance productivity, scalability, and cost optimization.
· Manage relationships with third-party partners and vendors, ensuring consistent service quality and SLA adherence.
· Analyze operational data, identify trends, and drive data-backed decisions to improve performance.
· Collaborate with Product, Business, Operations, and Customer Success teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
· Lead expansion initiatives, including operational planning and execution for new markets.
· Drive continuous improvement through process standardization, automation, and best practices.
· Mentor and lead cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
Requirements
· 8–12 years of experience in supply management, operations, logistics, Q-commerce, e-commerce, or hyperlocal delivery.
· Proven experience managing large-scale supply operations, delivery networks, or vendor ecosystems.
· Strong expertise in operational planning, capacity management, process optimization, and performance management.
· Experience managing third-party partners, vendor relationships, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
· Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision-making.
· Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and drive strategic operational initiatives.
