Role Description
The Head of Administration and Operations will oversee and streamline daily operations while ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing administrative staff, monitoring financial performance, developing and overseeing budgets, ensuring compliance with company protocols, and improving operational workflows. The role also requires liaising between departments, ensuring that workflows are cohesive, and initiatives are aligned with organizational goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, accounting, and invoicing.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage and support a diverse team.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations, quality standards, and compliance regulations is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications in management or healthcare administration are a plus.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment effectively.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in a managerial or leadership role within a healthcare or laboratory setting is an advantage.
