1) Strong background with the Instrumentation/Ball/Piping Valve Industry.
2) Should be well versed with general GD&T specifications.
3) Can efficiently operate Solidworks, AutoCAD, NX
4) Should be able to coordinate with the Production and Quality department to identify problems and improve processes.
5) Have basic knowledge of machines and their functions further helping in design of products and jigs and fixtures.
6) Should have strong knowledge of Piping and other applicable industry standards such as ASME, ANSI, API, MSS-SP, etc.
7) Should be able to get to calculate costing along with the design and applicable labor of standard jobs
8) Troubleshooting and awareness of where the problem lies in case of any issues
