Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Business Operations Analyst.
In this role, you will be responsible for the business development strategy. This is an opportunity for a curious individual who thrives in ambiguity and wants to make an impact as a professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and nurture leads for the coaching business through LinkedIn by refining and implementing existing outreach strategies.
- Develop bullet proof dashboards and reports to evaluate performance and trends.
- Provide data-backed insights for continuous improvements in the marketing funnel.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital platforms (e.g., email, LinkedIn, paid ads) and provide actionable insights.
- End-to-end webinar funnel management to engage clients, share updates, and promote services.
- Provide insights to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
- Track KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- 2 years of experience in a marketing analyst or similar role – Preferably in ‘India’ geography.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or related field.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and marketing funnel.
Skills:
- Dashing dashboard creator
- Cool communicator
- Awesome analyst
Tools:
- Experienced with communication on LinkedIn and lead generation for sourcing customers.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheet is a must.
