Electrical Quality Engineer with Ground mounted solar exp
ability of inspection of all activities of solar projects according to approved drawing, FQAP, SOPs and Checksheets
Understanding and knowledge of all relevant IS codes, installation manuals, other specs., etc.
Electrical equipment Installation as per drawing and relevant IS code
Precautions in PV module handling & Installation methodology of MMS and Modules
Procedure and required precautions in HV Cable Straight-through-joint and End-kit-termination.
Hi-voltage test of cable and interconnected bus-bar as pre relevant IS code
List of testing and acceptance criteria of following: String, SCB, Cable, Inverter, Transformer, Switchgear, LA, CT, PT,
Circuit breaker, Isolator, Panels, Battery Charger, Control & Relay Panel, Bus Duct
Cable laying & Earthing methodology and basic requirements in solar projects as per relevant IS code
Installation and testing of Transmission line
Storage and handling methodology of electrical material and equipment's
Raising Quality NC and observations in Online-Quality-Tool and escalating through mail (Outlook)
Follow-up with contractor for closure of Quality NC and observations
Daily and weekly reports preparation and submission on time
Ability to imparting training to Site team and contractor
Understanding of Good construction Practices in Solar and other relevant field
Basic Knowledge of QMS 9001
Interpersonal skill to deal with site team and contractor & Punctuality
Knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook
Written & Verbal Communication skill in English
Verbal Communication skill in Hindi
