About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and passionate Basketball Coach to conduct coaching sessions for students in schools and academy programs. The coach will be responsible for developing basketball skills, promoting sportsmanship, and creating a safe and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct basketball coaching sessions for students of various age groups and skill levels.
- Teach fundamental and advanced basketball skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, footwork, and game strategies.
- Plan and execute structured training programs aligned with student development goals.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and positive behavior during all sessions.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Prepare teams and students for inter-school tournaments, competitions, and events.
- Maintain attendance records and submit session reports as required.
- Coordinate with school authorities, parents, and academy management when necessary.
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, fitness, and a positive sporting culture.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Prior experience in basketball coaching, playing, or sports training preferred.
- Good knowledge of basketball techniques, rules, and training methodologies.
- Strong communication and student management skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging sessions for children and young athletes.
- Basketball coaching certification is an added advantage.
- Freshers with competitive playing experience and strong basketball fundamentals may also apply.

- Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage group sessions effectively.
- Willingness to work during mornings, evenings, weekends, and tournament schedules as required.
Compensation
- Rs 18,000 to Rs 22,000 for 3 days a week with not more then 12 hours.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
