Job Title: Video Editor
CTC: ₹3–5 LPA
Location: Pune (Full time, On-Site)
We’re looking for a visionary Videographer & Editor who can turn stories into scroll-stopping visual experiences. If you live for cinematic shots, seamless transitions, and storytelling that makes people feel, this role’s for you.
You’ll be responsible for creating stunning, high-quality video content across social media, marketing campaigns, product shoots, and brand films. From concept to final cut, you’ll bring ideas to life that move hearts and metrics.
Conceptualize, shoot, and edit visually captivating videos for social media, ads, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop cinematic brand narratives.
Edit videos with precision - pacing, color grading, sound design, and storytelling flow.
Manage end-to-end post-production, including syncing audio, trimming footage, transitions, and voice-over integration.
Bring your creative lens to shoots - framing, lighting, and composition that elevate brand aesthetics.
Stay ahead of trends in video, AI-based editing, and social storytelling formats (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
1–3 years of hands-on experience in videography, editing, and post-production.
Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audacity.
Deep understanding of storytelling, rhythm, and visual composition.
Passion for experimenting with new editing styles, transitions, and creative storytelling techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver crisp, high-quality content consistently.
Have experience with AI video tools (Runway, Veo, Pika, Midjourney, Sora) or are eager to explore them.
Can shoot with DSLRs / mirrorless cameras and understand lighting setups.
Have a portfolio that makes us say, “Damn, this person gets it.”
