About the Role
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This role is the engine of our sales pipeline — you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, qualifying leads and setting the stage for long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and conduct discovery calls with inbound and outbound leads to understand their business needs.
- Execute structured follow-ups via phone, email, and WhatsApp to engage and convert prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and develop new lead generation opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Handle objections professionally and guide prospects through the initial stages of the sales funnel.
- Support email and WhatsApp outreach campaigns targeted at potential clients.
- Coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
- Continuously research market trends and competitor activity to sharpen sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage confidently over calls and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to persuade and build rapport with prospective clients.
- Foundational understanding of sales processes, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
- Exposure to email marketing and WhatsApp-based outreach is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, performance-oriented environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a focus on results.
