Key Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Other relevant advertising platforms
- Manage PPC campaigns to maximize ROI, lead generation, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Optimize bidding strategies, ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Track campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Implement and manage On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO audits.
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
- Coordinate with content and development teams for SEO implementation.
- Track keyword rankings, website traffic, and overall SEO performance.
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
- Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Organic Traffic.
- Present performance insights and recommendations to clients and management.
Client & Team Coordination
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, developers, and account managers.
- Participate in client meetings and explain campaign strategies and results.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Search Console
- SEO Tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, etc.)
- Proven experience managing lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Good understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing funnels.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹17,767.24 - ₹35,000.00 per month
