Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our sales team by identifying and qualifying potential clients. The ideal candidate should be skilled in research, outreach, and building a strong sales pipeline for IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms
- Generate leads via email campaigns, cold calling, and social outreach
- Qualify leads based on business needs and project requirements
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects
- Schedule meetings for the sales/business development team
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaign alignment
- Track outreach performance and improve conversion rates
Required Skills
- Strong communication (written & verbal)
- Experience in lead generation, data research, or inside sales
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
- Basic understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, AI, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data management
- Ability to handle cold outreach and follow-ups
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
