Core Responsibilities
- Customer Reception: Warmly welcome guests, offer refreshments, and direct them to the appropriate jewellery counter or sales executive.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and manage appointments for bridal consultations, bespoke jewellery design, and gold scheme collections.
- Communication: Manage the showroom switchboard, handle inquiries regarding store policies, and field calls for the store manager.
- Showroom Coordination: Assist in maintaining the elegance and cleanliness of the reception and lobby areas.
- Sales Support: Escort clients to waiting areas, log customer footfalls, and assist the billing or cash desk during peak hours.
- Customer Feedback: Record visitor details, manage follow-up registries, and handle initial customer complaints or queries.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
