Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the US market. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in international B2B sales, client acquisition, and strategic business development.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other outbound channels.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Develop new business opportunities in the US Healthcare, SaaS, and IT services sectors.
Client Acquisition & Sales
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and present customized business solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
CRM & Sales Reporting
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and opportunities using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or Apollo.io.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Track KPIs, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
Market Research & Strategy
- Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.
- Develop strategies to improve lead generation and sales conversion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create effective sales campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Proven experience in the US or international market.
- Strong background in SaaS, IT Services, Healthcare, or service-based industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Target-driven with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with US healthcare clients or enterprise SaaS customers.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
- Experience managing the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques.
Work Details
- Shift: US Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Work Mode: In-office (Mohali – Sector 74, Punjab)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
