About the Role
Juzgo Holidays Worlde LLP is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining statutory compliance, and supporting the organization's financial reporting requirements.
Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Record and reconcile sales, purchases, receipts, and payment entries.
- Prepare GST workings and support GST return filing and statutory compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash and bank balances.
- Generate tax invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment vouchers.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS reports, and management summaries.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and statutory authorities whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable tax regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance), or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting is preferred.
- Freshers with strong academic knowledge and practical accounting skills are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Accounting .
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
