Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, provide product/service information, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads; follow up on leads regularly.
- Maintain customer database and update records in CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain positive working relationships with customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Persuasive and confident speaking style.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
