Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase admissions and brand visibility.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media promotions.
- Generate quality leads for courses, programs, and student admissions.
- Build and strengthen the company’s online and offline presence.
- Collaborate with admissions and counseling teams to improve conversion rates.
- Manage content marketing initiatives including blogs, webinars, student success stories, and educational campaigns.
- Conduct market research to understand student trends, competitor activities, and emerging EdTech opportunities.
- Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, influencers, and educational consultants.
- Monitor campaign performance, marketing ROI, and analytics reports.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team and coordinate with external agencies/vendors.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of EdTech marketing and student acquisition strategies.
- Expertise in digital marketing platforms and performance marketing.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, lead funnel management, and automation.
- Excellent communication, branding, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
