Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer queries via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely support.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty requests.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.
- Coordinate with the operations team for order-related issues.
- Support customer retention and improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support or CRM preferred.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
