Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Representative to promote and sell our publishing products, including books, magazines, and educational materials, across Jaipur and nearby regions. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills with experience in field sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools, colleges, bookstores, libraries, distributors, and institutional clients to promote company publications.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and explain the features and benefits of publications.
- Collect market feedback, monitor competitor activities, and identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely order processing and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.
- Travel within Jaipur and nearby areas as required.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the publishing, education, or FMCG industry.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and be willing to travel extensively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in the publishing or education industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,707.15 - ₹30,274.25 per month
