Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Outdoor Marketing Executive to support and execute on-ground marketing initiatives for real estate projects. The role involves planning and executing branding activities, coordinating site promotions, managing vendors, conducting market surveys, and ensuring maximum visibility and lead generation for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outdoor marketing campaigns to promote residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Coordinate and monitor site branding activities including hoardings, kiosks, directional signages, banners, standees, and canter van advertisements.
- Plan and execute BTL activities such as roadshows, apartment activations, corporate activations, and promotional events.
- Identify high-footfall locations and strategic areas for outdoor advertising and brand promotions.
- Coordinate with vendors, printing agencies, branding partners, and event management teams for campaign execution.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, branding presence, and market trends.
- Ensure timely installation, maintenance, and removal of marketing materials across project locations.
- Support lead generation activities through on-ground promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Track campaign effectiveness and submit reports on leads generated, branding visibility, and ROI.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing activities with business objectives.
- Manage marketing inventory including brochures, flyers, standees, giveaways, and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of outdoor marketing initiatives.
- Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to obtain permissions required for branding and promotional activities.
Required Skills
- Experience in outdoor marketing, field marketing, or real estate marketing.
- Strong vendor management and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of ATL and BTL marketing activities.
- Good understanding of real estate market dynamics and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and campaign monitoring.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
