Core Responsibilities
- Design & Render: Create 2D/3D layouts, elevations, and high-quality renderings.
- Technical Specs: Prepare full construction sets, blueprints, and material schedules.
- Curation: Select finishes, lighting, and furniture that elevate the project's identity.
- Lead: Manage projects from initial concept through to on-site execution and styling.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency: Expert-level skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
- Eye for Detail: A portfolio that showcases both technical precision and creative flair.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and spatial flow.
- Experience: [1]+ years in [Residential/Commercial] design.
