We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Japanese Language Trainer who enjoys teaching, mentoring students, and helping learners develop their Japanese language skills.
Job Summary
The Japanese Language Trainer will be responsible for conducting Japanese language classes for students at different proficiency levels, delivering structured lessons, monitoring student progress, and preparing learners for JLPT examinations and career-oriented Japanese language requirements.
Freshers with strong Japanese language proficiency and a genuine interest in teaching are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Japanese language classes for students at different proficiency levels.
- Teach Japanese grammar, vocabulary, Kanji, reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Prepare students for JLPT examinations through structured lessons and regular practice.
- Plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and effective classroom sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and learning materials.
- Conduct tests, assessments, and activities to evaluate student performance.
- Track and maintain students' academic progress and attendance.
- Provide constructive feedback and additional guidance to students when required.
- Create a positive, disciplined, and interactive learning environment.
- Identify students' learning difficulties and provide appropriate support.
- Participate in academic activities, workshops, events, and other initiatives conducted by the academy.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams regarding student performance and class requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in the Japanese language.
- Good understanding of Japanese grammar and communication.
- Knowledge of JLPT syllabus and examination patterns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to explain Japanese concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students from different learning backgrounds.
- Willingness to work from the Coimbatore location or aligned colleges.
Qualification
- Any Professional Degree.
- JLPT certification (N4/N3/N2/N1) will be an advantage.
- Candidates with Japanese language teaching/training experience will be preferred.
