Experience Required: 0-2 Years
Location: Surat (Local Candidate Prefer)
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees professionally at the front desk.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages; route them to the right department.
- Manage visitor entry, maintain registers, and issue visitor passes.
- Schedule meetings, manage appointment calendars, and coordinate conference rooms.
- Assist in basic administrative tasksfile management, data entry, document handling.
- Handle courier management (inward & outward) and office supplies tracking.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
*Skills & Qualifications:*
- Graduate / 12th Pass with strong communication skills.
- 0–2 years experience in front-office or customer service roles.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and customer-friendly.
*Preferred Qualities:*
- Good organizational & multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude and polite communication.
- Ability to stay calm and handle pressure.
- Time management and punctuality.
