Job Title: Co-Founder – Aerospace & Drone Manufacturing Company: Umar Akhtar Aerospace Private Limited Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Co-Founder to join our aerospace and drone manufacturing venture. The ideal candidate will help build and scale the company from the ground up, contribute to strategic decision-making, business development, operations, fundraising, and product development. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business growth strategies. Support drone and aerospace product development initiatives. Build relationships with clients, suppliers, investors, and government agencies. Assist in fundraising and investment opportunities. Oversee operations, manufacturing, and team management. Participate in key company decisions and long-term planning. Requirements: Strong leadership and entrepreneurial mindset. Experience in aerospace, drones, engineering, manufacturing, or business development is preferred. Ability to work in a startup environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Commitment to long-term company growth. Compensation: Equity/ownership stake (to be discussed). Salary may be provided based on company stage and funding.
