Job Summary :
We are looking for a Business Development Executive under the business domain Global Surf Digital (https ://www.globalsurf.ae/) for generating new business through cold calling and proactive prospecting. The ideal candidate will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities :
- Make daily outbound cold calls to business owners and decision-makers
- Pitch our digital marketing services clearly and confidently
- Qualify leads and book meetings for the senior sales team
- Follow up via calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
- Update lead status in Zoho CRM
- Achieve monthly lead generation targets
Required skills & Qualifications :
- Requirements 1–2 years of cold calling / tele sales / B2B sales experience
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Target-driven mindset
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
