About the Role
iMark Infotech is looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Shopify Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in building, customizing, and maintaining Shopify stores and applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Shopify development along with modern JavaScript technologies such as React.js and Node.js. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to develop scalable eCommerce solutions and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Shopify APIs.
- Build and maintain custom Shopify applications using React.js and Node.js.
- Integrate third-party applications, payment gateways, shipping solutions, and REST APIs.
- Develop responsive, high-performance, and user-friendly storefronts.
- Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across Shopify stores.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect designs.
- Work closely with project managers and clients to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.
- Maintain code quality using Git and follow version control best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest Shopify platform updates, features, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Shopify development.
- Strong experience in Shopify Custom Theme Development.
- Experience building Custom Shopify Apps.
- Proficiency in React.js and Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and Shopify Liquid.
- Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with Shopify Admin API, Storefront API, and Webhooks.
- Strong understanding of Git and version control workflows.
- Knowledge of responsive web development and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify Plus.
- Knowledge of GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with Shopify Checkout Extensibility, Functions, and App Extensions.
- Understanding of SEO best practices for eCommerce websites.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
